If an event is canceled, the ticket holder will be able to apply in written form about the refund of the ticket fee within 90 calendar days from the cancellation of the event. If you don’t apply within 90 calendar days after the event is canceled you won’t be entitled to refund. Take in a tone that only the face value of the ticket is refundable. A refund will be made via bank transfer according to the ticket holder’s banking details which used when purchasing the ticket. The doors of the “Black Sea Arena” are opened 3 hours prior to each event for visitors. Therefore, we recommend to arrive in the area timely, in order to easily find the place to park your car, find the gate specified on the ticket and in order to enter into the area of the concert hall pass the inspection and most importantly, you will avoid the queues. Believe us, you will not get bored before the concert, as there are many photo zones in the yard and most importantly "Front Stage". Tickets for attending the event are scanned only once, so you will not be able to leave the area and enter the second time. But if leaving the area is a must, you should contact the Information Center. As well as it is advisable, to read the list of prohibited items before arriving at the concert hall and keep in mind that bringing in any food and drink is prohibited in the area.
Attendance on our event for children under 6 years old is free of charge, if he/she does not require an extra chair. We offer a Kids' “Safety Bracelet” for comfortable entertainment with your children, which is available at our information center. The contact information specified by you will be printed on the “Safety Bracelet”, in order to make it easy to find a baby if you accidentally lose him/her. For children's safe entertainment, it is recommended to use earbuds because loud music can be harmful to your little ones’ hearing.
For us, the safety of all fans and guests is the main priority. Our security service only works for your safety, so please cooperate with them, obey the instructions of the security officer, and pass an inspection before entering the concert hall. Please, remember that, the Customer’s behavior at the event must be consistent with public norms and ethics, he/she shall be regardful, respect the Concert Hall employees and service personnel and the property of the Concert Hall; In the event of a breach of the listed rules, the Company reserves the right to require the Customer to leave the Concert Hall without reimbursement of the ticket price.
The following items are forbidden in the area of the Concert Hall for the safety of each of us and for more detailed information, please read our terms and conditions: If you have any of the prohibited items listed below and do not know where to take them, for such cases we have store rooms and you can use this service.
- Firearms and all kinds of cold weapons and sharp objects that can be used as cold weapons;
- Fireworks and pyrotechnics, signaling missiles, torches;

- Toxic and narcotic substances;
- Easily flammable items, incendiary items, aerosols, liquids and liquid containers, exceeding 500 ml (without relevant inspection);

- Drones and other controlled flying things;
- Professional Photo/Movie/Video Cameras, Selfie stick and similar accessories;
- Flyers, brochures, raffle tickets and other promotional products;
- Items containing all symbols that include Nazi or any other prohibited by the law, directed towards a discrimination or an insult of a country, a person, a certain group, a nationality, an ethnicity or social belongings.

There are store rooms in the adjacent area of the concert hall for your additional comfort, which can be used by all visitors. In case of losing the key to the store room you should refer to the Information Center available in the concert hall area, though in this case you will be fined in the amount of 10 (ten) Gel.
